Refund policy

Returns & refunds. We want you in the fit. If something's not right:

• Damaged or defective: email support@alorakae.com within 7 days with a photo — we'll send a free replacement or full refund, no need to ship anything back.
• Changed your mind: returns accepted within 30 days of delivery, in unworn, unwashed, original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a small restocking fee may apply.
• Wrong size: reach out and we'll help you exchange.
• Cancellations: email us ASAP — if your order hasn't shipped we'll cancel it; once it's shipped, it can't be canceled, but you can start a return after it arrives.
• Refund timing: once approved, refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. To start anything, email support@alorakae.com with your order number.
